About XForce Fitness

We are a Nottingham based company that launched in 2012 with military-style Bootcamps and outdoor Personal Training.

Over the years we have established a fantastic reputation for being friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging, embedding the 'can-do' attitude into our clients.

We have kept our timetable and professional development fresh by continuing to re-train and revise our group exercise whilst holding on to our beloved Bootcamps and Personal Training.  Over the years our members have been provided with a menu of Body Conditioning, Insanity, Boxercise, indoor Circuits, Group Cycling, Fight Klub, Body Hiit and PiYo, weekend residentials and we added Sports Massage Therapy to our services in early 2017.

Our Team has also evolved and I remain at the heart of it all.  With a love for fitness and well-being since the day I can remember as well as those around me, I continue to challenge my body and mind beyond its' comfort zone, as this is where the adventure lies right?

I have countless obstacle races under my belt, charity ultra-marathons, bundles of running medals including a good share of half marathons and the London Marathon silverware is among them too.

My aims for XForce have always been to instill the necessity for daily physical activity within the lifestyle of as many people as possible, no matter what your starting point and to help everyone utilize exercise as a natural medicine for the mind.  After all, the body will do whatever the mind tells it to, and when the mind is healthy the body can work to its' full potential.

With a young family I understand BALANCE is a hugely important life lesson to learn and with the services that XForce currently offers we help create just that. I want my children to understand this and choose to live by it, to appreciate that we only get one life, to aim to be healthy in body and mind everyday, even if the scales tip from time to time.

XForce chooses balance, advises you to also choose balance, to listen to your body, to enjoy what you do and to live your best life.

XForce Fitness is now delivering Sports Massage Therapy from _fxdfitness along side the experienced

Sports Therapy

Consultation, assessment, analysis, treatment, guidance and aftercare.

Often our lifestyle choices affect our posture and over time we cause strain to our body which often need professional help in order to create better alignment and alleviate pain signals.


Sports Massage Therapy has an extensive list of additional benefits.

As well as addressing injuries and daily aches and pains you can expect reduced muscle tension, improved joint mobility, increased pliability in connective tissue, reduced stress and headaches, improved sleep and better recovery from training/exercise.

Treatments include hands on massage techniques and physical manipulation to get your anatomy on the road to working to full capacity.  Treatments can sometimes be uncomfortable depending on the level of tension built up or problems that are identified but the Therapist will only ever work within your threshold and you should be able to remain relaxed throughout.

Personal Training

A tailored approach to training, focusing on mindset as well as programming in order to reach your goals.

Packages are provided to suit individuals, couples/pairs or small groups and every session is different to challenge you in a different way. 

Our Personal Trainers plan milestones for you to reach whilst progressing to monitor your own individual success.

Sessions include but are not limited to cardio-vascular training (think things that challenge your heart rate), strength and endurance training, power/explosive drills, SAQ (speed, agility and quickness), Boxercise drills including padwork and interval training. 

Sessions are designed to allow you achieve but to challenge you enough to get the best from you.  We use a variety of different equipment such as but not limited to dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, tyres, jerry cans, ropes, resistance bands, TRX, slamballs and gym-based machines for indoor PT.


All sessions are run outdoors on parks and open spaces around Nottingham city.

Group Exercise

Be inspired and motivated in a group either indoor or outdoor, with or without music

Whether you are with friends or a group of strangers there is something comforting about training in a group.  

Quite often we become more competitive around others and you are inclined to work harder.  We all thrive with the right support and everyone gets pushed to their full potential, regardless of abilities.

Sessions run regularly on a pre-booked/pre-paid basis and we are fully Covid-19 compliant.  Our timetable changes so please get in touch to see what it is on offer for you.

If you have your own group/sports team we also offer sessions that can be delivered exclusively to as part of pre-season training, fitness testing, general fitness or as part of a package.
